Every Critical Bench Program is different. It is based on your one rep max. You will be given the exact numbers you need to lift for every set of the bench press. Why You Should Listen To Me
I could tell you I'm a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, that I have a B.S. degree, that I've played and coached football professionally, or that I've trained hundreds of lifters with success but that's not the main reason you should listen to me. First of all, the word impossible is not part of my vocabulary. And I certainly don't let somebody else tell me what I'm capable of. When you want to achieve a goal you should surround yourself with positive influences that support what you're trying to reach. That's exactly what I did before starting the program for a second time. This time I added another 50 lbs to my max reaching 435.
